Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate

For the past couple of months, my green light does not flash. Fitbit is tracking my steps but my heart rate and sleep is not being tracked.

I have restarted my fitbit. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have updated the fitbit. I have factory reset the fitbit.

What else to do for these things to start working again?

Hi there, @MCRoach. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 has stopped. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I'd recommend restarting the heart rate monitor on your Versa 2:

  • Switch the Heart Rate settings from On to Off and manually sync your watch. To switch the heart rate settings on your Versa 2, from the main screen of your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting OFF.
  • Once it's done, manually sync your Versa 2. To do so, from the Today tab, tap Devices > device image and tap on "Sync Now"
  • Next, switch it from Off to On and manually sync your Versa 2 once again.
  • Once it's done, restart your Versa 2.
  • Next, confirm that your Fitbit device is snug on your wrist (the lights shouldn't be visible). We also recommend when you're not exercising, wear the tracker just above the wrist bone.

Hi, @MarreFitbit, I also have the same problem as @MCRoach. I tried your suggestion and did the following steps to try and fix my Fitbit, but they did not work. Is there another way to fix it?
