Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate

I haven't had my heart rate monitor working for the past week. I still see a green sensor on the back and it recorded my sleep last night (though not most of last week). I did the recommended turn the tracking on and off, sync, and reset suggestion. I even did a factory reset. Nothing is working for me and I'm wondering if this is a lost cause.
