My versa 2 Fitbit stopped recording my sleep cycles, and now it won’t charge. How do I send it in to get it fixed or does anyone know of a repair shop I could send it to?

Hi there, @Tammy0759. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

As a first approach, please follow @Odyssey13's tips and recommendations. Also, as she said, note that we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit trackers are sold.

If you manage to recharge your Versa 2, but it still doesn't track your sleep data, please see Why don't I see sleep stages today?

Thank you, nothing in the article worked. I guess it’s time to buy a new tracker. Would be nice if you could repair them. I hate disposable electronics.
