The October 2022 fitbit update messed up sleep tracking. Please fix this. Same thing happened when fitbit software was updated last time. Why does this keep happening? I've not been able to get my sleep oxygen readings for last 3 consecutive days. Before the update, I got daily results.

Apologies if this is a silly question, but have you deleted and reinstalled the spo2 watch face since the update? I wonder if something changed there and it requires a new watch face to work correctly. As I recall sometimes when there is a new phone app or watch update certain clocks or apps have to be updated to work correctly.

I have been using the same watch face for well over a year. My watch face does not have spo2 reading. I only see my sleep results in my Android phone application or on my personal computer.

I agree with the October update has stopped my heartrate from tracking all together so now nothing calculates correctly during exercise or sleep. Because my watch is past the warrant time, Fitbit offered me a discount on the purchase of a new one.
