Versa 2 stopped tracking my sleep data

Hi. Purchased a V2 online (not new). It never charges 100%. Now its stopped tracking sleep. This is my main reason for having it. None of the suggestions I have found have worked. No new firmware needed. I am stuck. Anyone got a suggestion for me? Thanks.

Hi @Finchen1 - don't worry about it not charging to 100%, it can take a long time some times and isn't necessary ,99% is perfectly adequate, if not better.

 

You may have a syncing problem. Make sure when you pull down on the phone display to force a manual sync that the green line on the status bar at the top goes all the way across and says synced. The Fitbit system then needs to calculate things before returning the information to the phone and watch, so be patient. Here is a link that may help Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

 

Often restarting the watch and a logout of the Fitbit App and a phone restart can help with the syncing.

I have logged out, made sure the app is up to date, reinstalled the app, cleaned the back, restarted the Versa and so many other steps with this replacement Versa2 which have stopped giving me a sleep score. 

Frustrated and cannot recommend it. 

A replacement is having issues and waiting for the husband's replacement to start......

Thanks both.....nothing has helped. I can try the app thing, but tbf I think fitbit have done a change to boost sales. I will now consider a Samsung watch (to go with phone).....
