My versa 2 has stopped taking my sleep or provide a sleep score since 1/26/24. I've Synced & restated both my versa & my phone.

Hi there, @JodiStar @TrishaTJ. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that you Versa 2 devices have stopped tracking your sleep score data. I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, please keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

There's not ANY sleep information to do anything with. They last recorded sleep was 1/26/24. I've never had to manually start or stop my sleep on my versa 2, I just go to bed & wake up.
