My detailed sleep is not being tracked for the past 7 days. I’ve restarted a few times, I’ve loosened and tightened it, I’ve cleaned the sensors. What else can I do? I’m afraid to reset it cuz I don’t want to lose my data. Is anyone else having issues? Is it a device thing or a software thing? Please help!

As a first approach, I'd recommend trying the following steps to make sure your heart rate is working:

On the other hand, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
