Versa 2 stopped tracking my sleep

My sleep tracker stopped working. It has been several months  now. I even reset my Versa 2 to factory settings. Checked all the settings in the App. This feature seems to be gone?!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

In this case, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

 

Whether you continue having the same issue, you can set your Watch to track sleep in a sensitive mode. For information about how this setting works, please visit this article and open the menu "What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?".
