@MsOption13 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

Do you see the heart rate recorded during the night? Or do you see any interruption?
Do you see the simplified sleep record (awake, sleep time) or none at all?

Are the green LEDs blinking on the Versa 2?
Do you see your heart rate on the watch?

In the meantime, please charge the Versa 2 for at least 30 minutes.
Remove it from the charging cable and hold the button pressed for 8 seconds.
When you see the Fitbit logo, release the button. The Versa 2 should restart afterwards.

I am having the same problem since the new firmware came out. The green lights don't go on. I tried resarting as stated above and have now reset to factory. Thanks google for messing up a perfectly good working watch. Shocking.

Mine stopped tracking sleep last Wednesday when I updated/transferred to google. I tried resetting and all the things you listed. Still nothing.

My Versa 2 stopped tracking Sleep and HR on January 4th.  Around the same time the battery started draining very quickly, same as other users are experiencing.

 - I see no sleep at all, not even a simplified sleep record. Fitbit thinks I haven't slept or had a heartbeat in a month.

- Nothing has changed on my end about how I wear it or take care of it. It does still track other things like steps.

- The green LEDs are not blinking.

- I tried a reset several times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no change.  I have not done a factory reset but given all the problems FitBit is having I doubt it will make any difference.

I've had this trouble with every fitbit I've owned. Even with Premium these "extras" will begin peetering out over time. Fitbit support is clueless as to how to fix it.

I was having the same problems my heart rate sensor was not working properly. I found by chance today when googling it someone said to change the clock face. I did and the simple clock face download got mine back working   Hopefully this will work for you. Nothing else I tried worked until today

Download a new clock face.  Everything else did not work for me but this did.

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately I tried several new clock faces and it didn't make any difference.

That worked for me about three hours now has stopped again

I’m having the same problem but mine hasn’t recorded sleep since Dec 23rd. I’ve done soooo much research and haven’t found a fix. 😞

I’m with you I haven’t had a sleep score since November 2023.  Customer support is a joke.  I’m going with another brand of smartwatch.  Fitbit currently is not the company it use to be.

I appreciate your response however I’m frustrated with Fitbit just feel like they have dropped the ball.  I never had this much problem finding a resolution to a problem that I feel Fitbit caused with their last update.  A loyal Fitbit user for many years but something has happened in the last few months to make me look at other brands.

I agree. I will have to decide which way I want to go. I chatted with Fitbit but I got nowhere. I was told I would be contacted by support and that hasn’t happened yet!

After seeing on this site and many others that customer service is unresponsive, uncaring, etc and the issues are never resolved, I don't see any reason to call them and waste my time.  I've been wearing various Fitbits for 10 years but will not be repurchasing.  Off to research other smart watches, there are many on the market now.

I'm happy to have found this chat thread. I also have had missing info, aiming since the latest update. Super frustrated with you all. A fix is needed or another long standing user will be looking at other options.

Well I made the change!  I ordered a smartwatch from Amazon and got it setup yesterday so far I am liking it and have the features I had with my Fitbit versa 2 plus it will take my bp and it only cost me $40

I’m so angry! It’s not tracking my blood pressure or my sleep, which are the only two reasons I have, my Fitbit! I’m ready to throw it in the garbage!

so glad you saw the same thing I thought I was dreaming! So frustrating I will never buy another Fitbit!
