Versa 2 stopped tracking sleep score

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

5 days ago, my Versa 2 stopped tracking sleep score, REM/Deep/Light sleep.  Now it is only tracking sleep patterns and no sleep score.  I have uninstalled the app, I have charged the device...  It also seems to have stopped tracking the resting heart rate, although right this second, the bpm is showing up for today... but yesterday, it showed up at bedtime, but does not show up now.

Thanks

I reset it over 10 times, on the first day I did it at least 5 times, then
the next day the same and then it started to record my sleep again. Hope
this helps.

Same thing with me. Mine stopped syncing a few weeks ago. I must do a factory reset just to get a basic sleep pattern, no score. It will only do that one night, then stop until I do another factory reset, soft reset does nothing. And the hard reset will still not render a full sleep score anymore. I've worn the band the exact same way for 2 years and then it just stopped working 2-3 weeks ago. Without the sleep score, it's just a partial solution. I paid $200 and of course it's not out of warranty. I'm more thinking of going to the Amazon watch at a fraction of the cost.

My Versa 2 stopped tracking today, is only giving basic info while I have premium service. So far I’ve rebooted it. Nothing. Not sure if it’s worth all the work people have stated they’ve done to get it to work. My Fitbit isn’t even a year old.

This happened a few years ago on my Versa 2 and then seemed to resolve itself.  More recently, it recurred consistently.  The hint in the Fitbit app said I might have Heart Afib.    I bought a FitBit Sense which has an "ECG" (electrocardiogram) app.  That confirmed the Afib diagnosis, as did my doctors.  Basically, the Sleep Score (Rem & Deep) depend upon having a consistent base heart rate.  Afib disturbs that making the scoring impossible.  Docs are working on my "cure" plan, but I read Prez Biden had Afib diagnosed in 2003 which is encouraging to me.   I used to be a runner but up into my late 40's but switched to walking 20 yrs ago for my knees and hips.
