Versa 2 stopped tracking steps and stairs

My Versa 2 is not picking up steps or stairs but shows I burned calories. I have re synced and even deleted and re added. Anyone else have this issue?

I did speak to customer support and was supposed to hear from another group as my issue was to be escalated. As Of this morning at 7:23 am I have not heard from anyone else. It is still not working and the light on the back of the device is blinking red
