Versa 2 stopped working Jan 20. I reset. Still issues

  • Jan 20th: HRV, Resting Heart rate, breathing rate now blank after reset.
  • Jan 26th; Now after issues on Jan 20th. Today the Sleep data isn't working!!!!!!

Hi @drwind  - did you try logout of Fitbit App and restart the phone, and eventually the watch to resync.

If it's still a problem, clear the cache and force stop the Fitbit App.

@Gourmetsyl  - on Android in phone settings, Apps, find the Fitbit App and storage and clear cache (not data) and also force stop.
