I took a shower with my versa right at 24 months this weekend and it died. Water was coming out from the inside of it so it was clearly not water resistant. I contacted customer service who sent me a discount for a new one; however, this is now the third Fitbit in a row that it started right at two years. Anyone able to get a Fitbit to survive longer than that? I am beyond frustrated at dropping this kind of money for it to die at 24 months like clockwork. Maybe I need to bite the bullet and switch to Apple.
