Hi, @DanaRo, welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Versa 2 not turning on after using it to track your swim. I appreciate the steps you followed to get this improved, can you confirm all the steps you followed, please?

And let me know if you can see condensation in your Versa 2.

I did not see any condensation in my Versa 2. After swimming I see that the watch have only the logo freeze on it and after few minutes a picture of a battery depleted. I put the watch in a bag of rice...let it there few hours, clean the contacts, I've try to charge it ..let it over night but nothing. The app on my phone does not find the device anymore not for sync or for changing the clock face.

Hi,

I do have the same issue with my Versa 3. I went to the pool with my kids on the last weekend and selected the swim mode but after about fifteen minutes, my watch turned off. I let my watch dryed for the night in a bag if rice and charge it on the next day but I can't turned it on anymore. I feel a little vibration when I hold the power button but nothing happen.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Andrea.Sch61 and @Sebt62! Do you guys see any condensation in your Versa 2?

Thanks for answering back @DanaRo and sorry for the waiting in the reply.

Can you answer the following, please?

- Are the LED lights on the back on?
- When was the last time you charged it?
- How long did you charge it for?
- If you haven't charged your Fitbit recently, we ask that you try charging it for 2 hours.
- Does it vibrate when you plug your Fitbit device into the charging cable?
- Have you tried restarting your Fitbit device by following the steps in our support article How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Have you tried the steps in our support article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

@CrisVillaFitbit no condensation on my Versa 3. No led under too. I just feel a little vibration when I touch the power button.
