Versa 2 stopped working after swimming

First the first time ever, I jumped into the pool wearing my 5 month old Versa 2 which, per Fitbit, is waterproof.  The device is now working intermittently and/or dead.  This shouldn't be happening.  I want to do a warranty return to Fitbit, but the return form wants my original order number and I have no idea what that number is.

Hi there @Robert9910, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped working after swimming with it.

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option. All Fitbit trackers and watches are water-resistant, which means they're rain-proof and splash-proof and can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. You can swim or shower with certain Fitbit devices. For more information, see: Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they helped you with this situation with your Versa 2.

I'll be around if there's anything else I may do for you.
