Versa 2 stopped working after swimming

First the first time ever, I jumped into the pool wearing my 5 month old Versa 2 which, per Fitbit, is waterproof.  The device is now working intermittently and/or dead.  This shouldn't be happening.  I want to do a warranty return to Fitbit, but the return form wants my original order number and I have no idea what that number is.

Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option. All Fitbit trackers and watches are water-resistant, which means they're rain-proof and splash-proof and can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. You can swim or shower with certain Fitbit devices.
