Versa 2 stopped working after swimming

My Fitbit Versa 2 worked very well, I use it all day and night, my main exercise is swimming, yesterday while I was swimming it turned off, returning home I put it to charge but it never turned on again, when I checked it well, I noticed that in the part of the sensor could see a little water, what can I do in this case?

The same exact thing happened to me. I contacted support and they said they would get back to me within 72 hours but it’s been 5 days now… did you ever get yours resolved?
