I really loved my versa 2 and I worked out with it and all. I was hesitant about swimming with it but I read that it was water resistant and first time I went swimming I got a notification from the device telling me "good job". The next time I went swimming my watch stopped working. I am super disappointed since I've had it less than a year. I have tried everything and the watch won't start. I don't know what to do.

This happened to me as well. They replaced the watch with a refurbished one, which less than 3 days later has now also stopped working altogether.
I raised a ticket with support who have said they will be doing nothing - so now I have a broken watch. Really, really bad.
