Versa 2 stopped working after switching to Google

So I did as they asked and migrated my account to Google from fitbit.  Wasn't expecting to lose all of my historical data. It updated my phone at the same time.

Now, even though the phone is synced, the only data I see is calories used. No sleep, no steps, nothing. It seems that either switching to a Google account or the update has turned it into nothing but a phone. The watch shows the steps I have done but nothing other than calories is syncing.  Seems a pretty pointless device now. 

Is Google going to fix this? Versa 2 with galaxy S21

I just want it all back like it was. Can I reset it back to fitbit instead of Google like a factory reset?

I am having the same issues. It's ridiculous we paid so much for these devices and not we can't use all the features because of the switch.

Same here. I wonder if this is something Google needs to address or if Fitbit has the solution to the problem.

I’m so upset about this Google switch.  I lost all of my friends.  Hate the way it tracks my sleep.  I’ve tried to switch back to my old yahoo account and it won’t let me.  Was hoping for a fix??!!

Restarting the watch helped reset my step count numbers to what they were supposed to be. You can try that by holding down the power button on the watch for 10 seconds and it should restart.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one having issues. I got a Samsung Galaxy S 14 and my Versa 2 watch completely stopped working all I have is the time but it shows undefined for steps in Nan for my heart rate so I don't really understand what's going on please somebody tell me how to fix it.

I have restarted my Versa 2 multiple times and it's just doesn't work. It won't let me connect it back to my original account it stuck me with Google.
