Hoping to get some help. My Versa 2 was exposed to water for less than 2 seconds. I stepped in the shower, immediately realized that I was still wearing my watch, and took it off. The watch has not turned on since then. I purchased from a 3rd party site (Amazon) and my return window has expired. Am I just out of options to get a replacement?

@mthom49 That sounds a bit odd. The Versa 2 is sold as water resistant and suitable for swimming. There should be no problem being exposed to water for 2 seconds. Anyhow, Amazon is an authorized retailer. Contact support about warranty options.
