Versa 2 stopped working after the update

I ATTEMPTED to update (no idea if it actually worked) and now my screen won't light up. The button does nothing when held down for 10 seconds (or longer). Fitbit, is there a fix coming for this? Is there some other type of "factory reset" I can try other than the 10 second button press thing? 

 

If not, how much is this discount we can get on a new watch? And if we get another Versa 2 will the update break those too? Should I get a different model? Any help here would be appreciated. The silence isn't doing anyone with this problem any favors...

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
