Versa 2 stopped working after the update

My sensa 2, since the update, doesn’t work. How can I set it back to factory settings.

in settings. In “about sense” there is factory reset

I found the only thing to do was to restore factory settings as I even had the wrong time on my watch. I was unable to pay with my phone and it would not sync.
