@Susiedee55 I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches to keep the forums organized. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and just to confirm, may I know what it's not working with your watch? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
If by any chance the issue is with the battery not charging, I'd recommend the tips described in this help article to get it working again. Then, monitor its behavior in the next days and let me know how it goes.
