Versa 2 stopped working after trying a factory reset

Last week my watch stopped sensing HR. I did factory reset, but now the watch won't connect properly via the app. I've essentially given up on it.

I've not been wearing the watch, as it doesn't even display the time. This morning, I received notification from Fitbit App I had completed my steps goal and HR activity goals for yesterday. How did the app acquire this information?

Hi @Mattwise - effectively due to bugs in the new V4 Fitbit App it can fail to setup after a factory reset.

Later versions may get this serious problem fixed. So try again when the app version changes.

You can also attach your phone to the app, see if that is the case.

The new app can be doing all sorts of things incorrectly, it may or may not sync, or update immediately, or at all and as conditions change something not working may work but out of sync.
