Versa 2 stopped working and won't charge

My versa (6 months old) suddenly stopped working. I thought it must need charging but when I did it just got really hot and didn’t charge and now it won’t turn on. Anybody else have this issue?

Mine has just don't EXACT thing yesterday! I even went out and bought a new charger, but unfortunately that didn't do anything. May I ask what you did to fix it? (if fixed).

Hi

Fortunately it was still in warranty so fitbit replaced it. Give customer
service a call
