Versa 2 stopped working and won't turn on

I live in my fitbit versa 2 it just completely shut down! I knew it had 24% battery life so I thought hmm I guess it's dead. So I put it on the charger and nothing. So checked back it showed it charging but then back to black screen! Nothing it wont connect to bluetooth or wifi. Please help! I'm going crazy without it! I have only had it about a year if even! 😭

Last night, I had a low battery and an update. I put it on charge to the update and had this same thing happen to mine. 

It is still tracking my steps, but just a black screen

@jolson38 I am sorry to hear your Versa 2 stopped working and won't turn on. Thank you for providing the additional details, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
