Versa 2 stopped working and won't turn on

Fitbit just turned off, was having problems syncing,  now is DEAD. 2nd one this has happened to. Any suggestions?

Mine was working fine until about 2 hours ago. Now I just have a black screen. It won't record anything nor will it charge. I think I'm done with Fitbit.  This is my second one too.

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
