Versa 2 stopped working and won't turn on

I woke up this morning and my Versa was completely dead. It was charged recently and the app says medium battery and last synched 7 hours ago. There are no lights and a black screen. It is only just over 2 years old.

Mine has just done the same, had it a year, put it on charge this morning before heading out and when I've unplugged it from the car the screen is just black, the activities still show but no watch face 😕

Mine also. Battery is medium. Put it on charger and nothing is happening. Apparently this is something internally with fitbit

Looks like a number of us are having this issue.

For me: At 5:30 am my Versa pulsed me a few times and when I looked at it, the face was blank — the screen was slightly lit (gray) but there was no clock face and it didn’t react to any buttons getting pushed.

I checked the Fitbit app, and it synced at that time and still had 39% battery.

I put it in the charger but nothing happened.

I tried the restart / reset steps multiple times but nothing happened.

It has worked nearly flawlessly for 2 years until this morning.

Anyone else's working again? Mine randomly started working again about 10am.

Just got mine back. Got help from a support chat. Don't know what she did but it worked.

I put it onto charge even though it didn't need it and it seems to have done the trick. It still doesn't register my heart rate though.
