Versa 2 stopped working and won't turn on

My versa 2 literally just stopped working today,screen went black. Tried charging it bit no joy

Hi, Try pressing the button for 10 seconds, if that doesn't do anything probably best to contact Fitbit Support  directly. They may be able to help you.
