Hi, My Versa 2 Lite stopped working after 1 year, I bought it new and then stopped charging. At some point I manage to sync it again in the app and it shows battery level 90%, bit it doesn't turn ON. The screen is off and the lights at the back, next to charging pin, have no lights...so couldn't use it anymore unfortunately.

So it worked for 1 year and then stopped charging properly, then after one or two weeks it wasn't turning on at all.

Hi @sandylikethebea @MarCan - it is important to know what happened first, like strange behaviour or high battery drain, this is often from instant or long term water damage, often accompanied by getting hot when charging and if so stop immediately.
The Versa 2 has a good charging mechanism so if there is a problem, cleaning contacts and using a PC as a power source may help. And strangely making sure not accidentally using an older Versa charge cable which looks the same.
After charging for a while try holding the watch button for 10 seconds and release wait for the logo to appear and for it to start, if it can. Holding for 12 seconds may also help.
Try finding it to see if the Bluetooth is still working which can help see if it charged but the display is broken, lights will flash on the back if you wear it and take it off and it is charged.

Right now I am in MX when I return home to Canada in April I will contact customer service. Thank you all. In the meantime I have a cheap smartwatch to see me through.
