My Fitbit was fine this am, battery at medium level, 47% according to my phone. It just died after lunch. Tried charging it, removed the app, removed the Fitbit turned Bluetooth on and off, and nothing. It’s just dead. Feeling helpless to say the least! Any help would be appreciated it! Seems like I’m not the only one reading some of these comments here. 😢

I’m having this same issue too! I followed the instructions from the moderator below and nothing is working. Have you been able to resolve this issue?
I’m having the same issue. Tried to sync to update time for the time zone I’m visiting and now I’m getting a big red X on the display screen with -
Data not cleared Sync & try again

My Versa 2 just stopped as well and all its showing me is the time which is wrong so it won't turn on what do I do??
