Versa 2 stopped working while taking it off the charger

My versa was on the charger, when I took it off to wear it, it just blinks the blue dots off and on slowly, I’ve only had this versa for may be 6 to 8 weeks

Hi @Beyan 

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. It sounds like you need to do a restart. Hold down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. You may need to do this a couple of times, but it should fix the issue for you.
