Hello , mij fitbit versa 2 is stopped working during night. I bought him in august 2022. This is still jong. I am dissepointed. It is a lot of money.
The button stop working a few weeks ago and now he stopped completly. Charging doesn't work eather.

Regarding the button not working, please make sure you did try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Once you've done that, please restart your Versa 2 by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device?
About your Versa 2 not charging, please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 2 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.

I tried everthing, i could release the button, but nothing happens 😒
