Versa 2 stppoed working after 1 day

I bought my versa 2 yesterday charged it and got it all set up, wore it all afternoon and evening then took it off for 30 minutes while I went in the bath., put it back on and nothing! Screen is blank, doing nothing when I press the button and I've tried plugging into charger with nothing! Nothing comes up on the screen it's completely dead! How do I claim a replacement please??
