Versa 2 stuck 2hours 38 minutes behind

My watch died. When I recharged and turned it back on it was stuck 2 hours and 38 minutes behind.  Syncing did not resolve the issue.  I checked that my time zone was correct in the app and my phone.  Tried switching to a completely different time zone and re-syncing but that made no change at all.  I have re-added the device in the app and paired it again.  I deleted the app and reinstalled.  I have turned Bluetooth off and back on.  I have restarted the watch multiple times.  Syncing after every attempt to resolve the issue. Still stuck.  I’m at a loss now as to what to do.

I was having very similar issues.  Try syncing your app with your Fitbit a couple times by refreshing the page/app by swiping down.  It finally synced my Fitbit to the correct time and day.

Thank you for your response.  This issue happened over a week ago and I have tried syncing my watch more times than I can count.  Unfortunately it does not resolve the issue.

I fixed the issue by doing a factory reset.

Having the exact same issue and have set it to 24 hours and different time zones and restarted multiple times. Did you try the factory reset and did it work for you?
