I just recently got my fitbit last month, and was experiencing issues with the bitmoji clock face. I went through fitbit support and followed all of their instructions, but the bitmoji itself wouldn't show up on my watch. They sent me a new one, and now the app is stuck at 99%. Everything says connected, and the background theme is showing, but the bitmoji is still absent. I'm using an iphone xs max, has anyone had this same issue resolved?

I have the same problem - it worked at my first attempt. But no it's stuck at 99% and nothing happens. Sometimes the new Bitmoji showes up on my clock, sometimes not. It seems like a few stickers are ready, the others not.
This really sucks.
I did everything you recommended and I installed the clock face again - already twice. nothing helps.
