Versa 2 stuck at 99% when charging

Hello, I have problem recently with my Versa 2 when charging. I noticed it charges fast to 99% and then it takes long time to reach 100%, so I did not care firstly. But yesterday it took so long and still 99%, so I left it overnight. So it was charging maybe for nine hours and still, in the morning it had 99%. I would not care too much, but it will run on low battery very fast, if it is not charged fully.

Hi @Lucikl21 - it's not necessary to go past 99% which can take at least 15 minutes to get to 100%.

 

However if your watch drains completely within a day then it probably has a fault and if under warranty needs replacing,

Hi, thank you for your reply. I know it may take some time to reach 100%, but now, it won't reach it at all. And it is really annoying since it goes on low battery in 2 days. Usually, when I charged it to 100 % it lasted 4 - 6 days. I was just curious if I can solve it somehow by myself, it is under warranty still so I will go to the shop. Thank you, once again 🙂
