Versa 2 stuck in preparing music for dowload

I am trying to add my pandora to my versa 2 and it is not working.  I have the pandora plus 4.99 a month subscription. I am not able to select my personal play lists or download the suggested play lists. Every time I try to do a force sync it says "preparing music for download" and then nothing is downloaded.  On my watch I get a notification that it is downloading my stations when I do a force sync, but then it goes back to "no stations"

To resolve difficulties to listen Pandora stations on your Fitbit Versa 2, please confirm that you've visited this article and followed the steps in the menu "Why can't I download stations to my Fitbit watch?" 

 

If you continue experiencing the same problem, please restart your watch by following these instructions.
