Restart does not help.

Its a new watch. only set it up a week ago.

Its frustrating.

Hi @Savitafit, welcome to the community.

 

Can you try going into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpairing/forgetting the Versa 2 from there. Then go back into the fitbit app and try the setup process again.

It is all setup and working now.
