Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hi I have just bought a new fit and got it set up but that only lasted 20 minutes. 

The Fitbit logo is on the screen permanently and I am unable to turn on the watch. 

It doesn't charge and nothing works.

Please help I am desperate.

Hi 
My message was sent way before I contacted customer service. And I have a right to message. Hence my husband brought me the watch for my birthday and it didn't work. 
Can you please stop emailing me. 
If I got a problem I will contact your customer service.
