Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit logo and it won't hold a charge

My Versa 2 Wasn't holding its charge for more than 12 hrs ( previously good for almost a week) reset it, as per instructions on here and now it just displays the fitbit logo and wont do anything!! Has anyone else had this??

Mine started doing this too. Tried to reset, nothing, tried removing from Bluetooth. Now it can’t even find the Fitbit. Charge reads 5 % on App but who knows since it won’t pair. Help!

It’s a nightmare isn’t it , I’ve since ‘spoken’ to fir but via their chat
and have been told to return it to them , hopefully this will resolve it !
I’m lost without my watch !!

I’m going to take back to where I bought it and see if one of their experts knows how to fix it. 
Also lost without my watch. 😞
