Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit logo

Hi, my versa 2 seems to be turning on and off every few seconds, it will show the fitbit logo for a few seconds then go black then back to the logo. I have tried holding down the button for 10 seconds to reset but it just continues flashing up with the logo.

Hi @AmyHumphreys24 That doesn't sound good at all. If the watch won't Restart  then you will need to contact Fitbit Support
