Did you try turning off your Bluetooth and turning it on again. Hopefully you get your Versa 2 working again.

Hi there, @Kvr82. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2 and the image attached. I'll do my best to help you with this. 
In addition to the steps recommended by @Steels07, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
