Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit logo

I think mine is doing the same. Green lights not working. Won’t sync to my phone either. Rebooted it. Just stays on Fitbit logo

 It sure who to contact but I have the Fitbit versa2 that I’ve had for maybe 2 months. The sensers on the back stopped working phone can’t find the Fitbit when I try to pair it. Reset it and everything.  Nothing works.

Thanks for the information provided. Usually that message appears when the set up hasn't been completed, or there is a pending firmware. This will also affect some features such as the heart rate, as your watch needs to be fully connected. That being said, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Remove the Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your watch.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Choose the Versa 2 from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
