Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit logo

Hello All,

 

From today morning, my versa 2 watch keep showing only logo and not starting. Please help me in solving this issue.

@Bitrasrinivas Thanks for the details provided. 

Have you tried the steps I recommended here? If your watch is stuck on the Fitbit logo, those steps should help. Don't worry if you don't see anything on the screen while you perform the steps, once you're in the step #6 you should see something different on the screen.

Hi there, @Bitrasrinivas. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

Here the problem is my Versa 2 watch is not starting and it's stopping at the logo stage. Any options to force re-start my watch?
