Past few days I have been into the exercise logo to track my walks and it was taking me back out to the clock screen, fully charged and still tracking steps etc. Tried to do the reset as below:
Press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
This has now basically taken me to a black screen that has the Fitbit logo coming up then black screen then logo and repeat.
I've disconnected from my phone, switched phone off, Bluetooth off etc and tried to link again but watch not being found and nothing but black screen or logo. Help. Purchased Jan 2023.
