Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit logo

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Have been happily using my Versa 2 for about 18 months. For the last 2 days it has been stuck on the Home Screen. Managed a reset last night which seemed to work but today it is stuck again.

Done countless, resets, uninstalled,  reinstalled , Bluetooth off and on to no avail. Now I have a red screen with a cross telling me to sync and try again! If only!

Have wasted all afternoon.

This  seems a common complaint.

Please can I be connected to customer support? Thank you.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Aloelin!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 2. Thanks for having taken your time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
If you haven't done so already, please try if changing your device's clock face will get it back to work as it should. Here's how to do that:

How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

You also could let the battery of your Versa 2 drain until it will shut down, and then give it a full charge and check if it'll be back to working order.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
