I think my versa 2 is kaput. I try to hold it even for 20 seconds, get the logo going, but then it stops. I JUST charged it yesterday, and charged it again today when it started doing this. Nothing.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps in the order listed while your Versa 2 is connected to the charging cable:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
