Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit logo

Hi, versa 2 is not working. Only Fitbit logo displayed every 10 seconds. I tried to restart Fitbit (pushing ten seconds the proper botton) but with no results.

Firmware version: 35.72.1.23
Yesterday the red logo battery with a red exclamation point displayed. Someone had the same issue?

Hi there, @Gardengirlee. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'm here to help you!

Since your Versa 2 is stuck on the Fitbit logo, please try the following steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

I have the same problem, what can I do? The device is bricked and won’t charge anymore, it seems… Pressing button does nothing and putting it on charger does nothing too…

I stopped wearing my Versa2 because I got an Apple Watch but it stopped working so I pulled my Fitbit back out, charged it redownloaded the Fitbit App now it is stuck on the “Download the Fitbit App” and despite connecting it to Google & to my insurance health app it remains stuck. I even deleted the app & any data prior to last week. (Yes I have been diligently trying to get this working properly, with no improvement)  I really need this to work!   Help please!  Thank you!!!
