My Versa 2 apparently stopped tracking anything at 9:40 last night. At first, the screen was black without a response. After trying a few troubleshoot solutions, all I got was a triangle and an exclamation mark. It won't even sync to my phone so I cannot do anything with the app (like change the clock). Even though it has plenty of battery, I have it on the charger now and all that appears is a triangle and exclamation mark. Is it dead? I'm so sad. I cannot afford a new one right now, and I rely heavily on my Fitbit every day to help track.. well everything.

Hi there, @melm27cat. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
As a first approach, please try restarting your Versa 2. For instruction, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work and you haven't felt a vibration on your watch during this process, confirm that you've tried the following steps:

Thank you for your reply. I just did the cleaning and charging instructions. I've tried restarting again (multiple times), but still all I get is the triangle exclamation mark instead of the Fitbit symbol. It's mostly a black screen. I really have to push multiple times or hold it down multiple times to get the triangle of doom.
