Versa 2 stuck on app page

My Versa 2 is stuck on the app page. Pressing the left button does nothing and holding it starts an exercise count. I don’t know what to do.

Have you held the button in for 12 seconds? 

If so I would contact Fitbit.

12 seconds fixed it!!! So simple but yet I couldn’t get there. Thank you so much!!!
