My fitbit versa 2 (bought the other day) is stating it is up to date while on firmware version 68.9.15. My spouse has the same fit bit and his is sitting on 72.1.9.
I don't have the ability to update and do not have "zone minutes". I am still stuck with regular active minutes.
Is this normal?
Should the update come through at a later date?
I have tried all troubleshooting steps available.

@CeeMee23 Your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured. Sadly, a new device will say that it is up to date when it isn't. Fitbit is constantly rolling out firmware updates to new and existing devices. You should get a firmware update in 24-48 hours after activation.
Just be patient.
